Order

  • Customers are NOT allowed to order here
  • Kindly order what you are distributing, otherwise orders will be auto cancel 
  • If you are keen to distribute other brands, kindly speak to admin for approval before placing any order

Payment

  • Only payment via BANK TRANSFER or PAYNOW 

    • Step 1 : Payment via bank transfer, kindly make your transfer to OCBC 601363260001 or PAYNOW UEN 53401527A
    • Step 2: Kindly screenshot the payment with our account no / name shown!
    • Step 3 : Next, email the screenshot along with your ORDER NO within 1 hr frame to ; sales@lulubeaute.sg 
    • Step 4 : Upon our reply, your order will be completed & confirmed

    • Payment made via our HOOLAH / ATOME OR HITPAY, will be immediately voided 

    Delivery 

    • For Delivery : Should it be attention to your customer , kindly indicate their details accordingly - NAME | ADDRESS | MOBILE NO,fail to indicate will be immediate deliver to your doorstep 
    • For email address kindly indicate your (Dropship) email address as you will received your customer tracking no via email 
    • Delivery will be as follows;
      • Tracking no will be email to you (Dropship)
      • Kindly share the tracking no to your customer immediately , take note Lulu Beaute is not responsible should you failed to share the tracking no to your customers
      • Office pickup by J&T every Monday & Thursday (unless PH)
      • Deliver to doorstep within 1-3 working days ,unless peak season like Festive season, special sale day like Black Friday, 7.7, 8.8, Great Singapore Sale - delivery will take 2-5 working days
      • Delivery charges will be as follows;
        • 0-5kg : $
        • 5kg to 10kg : $
